A medium roast single-origin offering floral aromas and a medium body with notes of salted caramel, citrus, and a rich sweetness.

Often forgotten but of fantastic quality no less, Peruvian coffee is known for its exceptional quality grown right in the Andes Mountains. Due to foreign investment through charities and co-ops, the small coffee growers are better marketed than ever before, resulting in significantly more competitive pay for their labor.

Certifications:

Fair Trade- A certification for coffee producers, intended to help ensure equitable trading arrangements for disadvantaged smallholders who are organized into cooperatives. Fair Trade certification is also used to promote sustainable agricultural and farm management practices without the use of agrochemicals or genetically modified organisms.

Organic- USDA's National Organic Program regulates the standards for any farm that wants to sell an agricultural product as organically produced. Organic production methods replenish and maintain soil fertility and reduce or eliminate the use of pesticides and fertilizers. To be considered organic, a third-party certification organization must verify that the farmer followed organic production methods in accordance with the United States Organic Foods Production Act of 1990. Try a bag and compare it to our other single-origins and let us know what you think!

Love the Peruvian Coffee

We are officially addicted to the Peruvian coffee. Coarse. In our cowboy style stovetop percolator. It's the best. Love it.

Peruvian Course Grounds

Awesome flavor! I chose the courser grounds because I love making cold brew from home. I am excited to try their other products!
